COMMISSION ON AGING
REGULAR MEETING November 10, 2009
Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm.
A. Roll Call - PRESENT: Debra Gaudette, Chairperson, C. Edwin Carlson, Mary Ann Lee,Priscilla Lancaster, Marie Fredrickson.
ABSENT: Fran Rago, Edmond LaLiberte
Old Business
- During our discussion it was reported that the East Hartford Police Dept. has been paid for their services at the Annual Senior Picnic
- Mrs Pat Hill did not attend our meeting, instead Michelle stated that the Public Works Dept. will be taking care of the kitchen counters and curtain slide and the Friends of the Senior will be assuming the balance ofher submitted request.
New Business
- Invitation to Christmas Party distributed and listing of meeting for 2010.
Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mary Ann Lee, seconded by C. Edwin Carlson. Meeting adjourned at 2:45 pm.
